My manager had left back home to England (we will definitely miss her) to pursue her academic dream. She said that as she would sweat over the books to get her degree she would work to support her self as part time nurse...So i thought it would be nice to paint her a GIFT...My time frame was very small (around 5 hours) so i spend most of the time on the face to be as realistic as possible, the initial idea was different but the time was pressuring me so i improvised and that was the final... I caught her just before her flight and gave to her... She liked it a lot!!!
