Traditional is traditional

I heard some of you already screaming that I had gone "DIGITAL like everyone else-where is romantic gone"....alright, alright... I didn't give up the traditional yet. I painted a camel in my sketch book with water colours, and as advised i did a value study (taking a black and white pic.),and I did some corrections after I took another black and white pic for a value study.
...i kept correcting and taking a BW pics for a reference......

Digital Era!

A couple days ago i got a Wacom Intous3 tablet and I'm very excited about it. Of course it took me some time (it is not like doing sketches with a regular pencil:)to get use to it and the first things that i did with the tablet were: nothing but scribbles;) then i decided to do something more 'serious'. I started to paint a face in Photoshop... The more i progress the more I realized that the face was becoming 'familiar', so i went where it was going, sort of, I cut off a silhouette around, and VOILA that looked like one really, really exploited image in the world of art, I just needed to add a red star and the word 'REVOLUTION' which came very naturally to it, so I did. I hope u like it!

...But then I kept pushing it and and it started transforming into someone else (eh, not really BOB, but...ok, ok look a like him...)...actually the blue background was a mistake when i saved the jpeg but i desided it was good, so i kept it!

I love my Wacom tablet!!!!!
